What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review and approve employee travel and expense (T&E) reports for compliance with company policies
Manage vendor invoices and relations, ensuring accurate processing and prompt resolutions to inquiries
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including preparing accruals and reconciliations
Generate and analyze reports on T&E spending trends and compliance metrics
Provide insights and support for internal and external audits
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-5 years of Accounts Payable or T&E experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building effective relationships
Proficiency in financial software, Google Workspace, and Excel
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Navan, Tipalti, and Intacct
Comfort leveraging emerging technologies and AI-powered tools for process improvement
Proven experience in T&E report review and compliance
