Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage journal entries, handle fixed asset accounting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role includes process improvement, monthly financial reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations. The candidate will also play a pivotal role in supporting strategic financial decision-making through robust analytical insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Experience with Journal Entries and managing general ledger in line with accounting principles
• Knowledge of Finance and the ability to contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
• Expertise in Fixed Assets management, including accounting for acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or printing industry is advantageous
