About Our Client Our client is a mission-driven digital education company delivering high-impact coaching programs, digital products, and community experiences. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a tech-savvy specialist to build, manage, and optimize the backend infrastructure of their marketing and sales funnels. With multiple revenue streams including high-ticket coaching, digital products, and a growing content brand our business moves quickly and values clarity, agility, and stewardship in all things financial. What Youll Do Bookkeeping & Accounting Clean up and maintain accurate records across multiple accounts and platforms Categorize, reconcile, and track all transactions weekly and monthly Monitor cash flow and ensure spending aligns with budget targets Organize receipts and financial documentation in compliance with U.S. standards Prepare monthly financial statements and support tax/CPA processes Financial Analysis & Planning Provide leadership with actionable financial insights and variance analysis Support budgeting and expense forecasting for programs, launches, and hiring Set up and maintain our financial forecasting platform (Runway) Create clear dashboards and summaries for executive decision-making Identify irregularities, refunds, or platform issues and recommend corrective actions What Were Looking For Experience in bookkeeping/accounting for online businesses, ideally in coaching, course, or info product industries Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas a plus) Ability to handle multiple revenue streams (Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, FanBasis, etc.) Proactive communicator who can partner with leadership to provide clarity High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive financial data Nice to Have Experience in financial forecasting or FP&A tools (Runway, dashboards, etc.) Knowledge of refund tracking, contractor payment flows, and digital business budgeting Understanding of U.S. accounting standards The Offer: Salary Range: $1000 - Part Time role - 20 hours a week. Fully remote B2B Contract, PST time zone.
