The Account Manager, Travel Vertical (SMB), manages a portfolio of small to mid-sized Travel customers, focusing on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in scaling Treering’s Travel Vertical by delivering consistent customer value across a higher-volume book of accounts. This role is ideal for a mid-level account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and enjoys building relationships at scale. \n Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a book of SMB Travel accounts, serving as the primary customer contact Drive renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management Partner with Customer Success to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement Identify customer needs, risks, and opportunities through regular check-ins Ensure customers understand and realize the value of Treering’s solutions throughout the lifecycle Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and account documentation Surface customer feedback and insights to Sales and Product teams to support continuous improvement Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B SaaS environment Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferred Experience working with SMB or mid-market customers in a SaaS environment; Travel industry experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable managing a higher-volume book of accounts Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions What Success Looks Like Strong SMB retention and renewal performance across SMB Travel accounts Efficient, proactive account coverage with high customer satisfaction Consistent contribution to the overall Travel vertical growth \n $75,000 - $85,000 a year Eligible for a 3–5% performance bonus upon achievement of defined annual targets. \n At Treering, we’re building a scalable, customer-first Travel vertical, and this role plays an important part in that growth.
