As our Account Manager - Paid Social, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. You’re someone who can build campaigns from the ground up, optimize performance in real time, manage budgets effectively, and collaborate closely with clients to keep campaigns running smoothly from start to finish. This full-time, permanent position is remote, with one day per month in our Hamilton, Ontario office. You’ll work 9am-5pm EST, with occasional nighttime and weekend hours. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, build, optimize, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Own day-to-day management of client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and proactive communication across internal and external teams Develop strategic campaign plans tailored to client goals, including audience targeting, messaging, creative direction, and platform selection Write compelling ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs Manage advertising budgets efficiently across multiple platforms and clients Analyze campaign data and prepare clear, insightful monthly reports for clients Lead and present in monthly client meetings with professionalism and clarity Manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently Communicate effectively with clients and internal team via Slack Collaborate with internal team to align ad campaigns with broader marketing efforts Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE: Campaigns are built clean, launched on time, and optimized consistently - clients never have to chase updates Monthly reports are clear, insightful, and tell a story beyond the numbers Client relationships feel like true partnerships - you're proactive, not reactive Budgets are managed with intention, and every dollar is working as hard as it can You're the person internally and externally who makes paid social feel easy, even when it isn't Platform changes and industry shifts don't catch you off guard - you're already ahead of them REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years of experience in digital media, with at least 1 year in a client-facing account management or campaign management role Proven experience running successful e-commerce advertising campaigns Previous agency experience is preferred Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong asset Proficient with advertising on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, with experience accessing Google Analytics, Google Ads, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Klaviyo Working knowledge of Google advertising, including strategy, optimization, and reporting, to support project oversight and align with client objectives Demonstrated ability to lead complex, results-driven paid social campaigns Strategic thinker with the ability to make thoughtful, data-backed client recommendations Must be located in the Greater Toronto/Hamilton Area, as one day per month will be required in-office in Hamilton, Ontario Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently A team player and a self-starter - the ideal candidate thrives in a social environment, is easy to work alongside, and gets the job done on time, every time Duarte Group Inc. celebrates diversity in both its programming and workforce.
