Account Manager - OffStreet and Access Controlled Parking Account Manager – Gated & Off-Street Parking Solutions About the role We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow our presence in the off-street and access-controlled parking sector. This role is all about expanding MPP coverage, driving adoption, and managing key customer relationships—particularly with private parking operators and Access Solution Providers (ASPs) . You’ll combine strong sales instincts with technical understanding, acting as a trusted advisor to customers while supporting ASPs through the lifecycle of Access Controlled Parking (ACP) installations. If you enjoy solution selling, building business cases, and spending time with customers in the field, this role is for you. Expect regular travel (approx. 60% of your time, around 3 days per week), with the remainder focused on preparation, follow-up, and internal coordination. What you’ll be responsible for Strategic Sales & Business Development Drive growth, coverage, and adoption of MPP solutions in off-street parking Identify and develop new business opportunities within access-controlled environments Build compelling business cases that demonstrate clear customer value Account & Relationship Management Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and private operators Develop strong partnerships with Access Solution Providers and consult them on ACP challenges Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership Solution Selling & Proposals Lead solution design, proposal development, and commercial negotiations Adapt concepts and solutions to meet specific customer and site requirements Support ASPs during implementation phases with basic project management oversight Sales Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Track opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities consistently Ensure follow-up is proactive, structured, and timely What you bring Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5–7+ years of proven experience in sales and account management Background in the parking industry, access control solutions, or related technology sectors Technical & Commercial Skills Strong understanding of gated parking solutions, parking management systems, and ACP technologies Ability to present clear, data-driven business cases Confident negotiator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Personal Attributes Energetic, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong follow-up mindset Solution-oriented and results-driven Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams Tools & Languages Proficient with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce), Google Workspace, and sales tools Fluent in the local language and professionally proficient in English Why join us?
