Location: Houston, TX (Preferred) Territory: TX, OK, KS, CO, UT, NV, AR Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 Travel: 70%+ Position Summary Vitrolife is seeking a highly motivated Medical Device & Equipment Account Manager to join our North American Sales Team. This role is responsible for driving sales of our consumables and capital equipment portfolio within the IVF market across a multi-state territory. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-focused sales professional with strong clinical acumen and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with IVF clinics and key stakeholders. Conduct routine customer visits, product demonstrations, in-services, and procedural observations. Meet and exceed sales targets by expanding business within existing accounts and developing new opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Key Account Managers and Medical Affairs teams. Effectively manage and grow both consumables and capital equipment sales pipelines. Maintain and manage sales funnel activity in Salesforce to achieve quarterly goals. Deliver high-impact presentations to diverse customer audiences. Educate clinical professionals on the value and application of Vitrolife products. Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans. Support and participate in workshops, congresses, and industry events. Submit accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales activity and performance reports. Continuously build expertise in Vitrolife products and IVF clinical applications. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate clear value propositions. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. 3–5 years of proven sales experience in a hospital, medical device, or clinically focused environment. Experience in Women’s Health or IVF strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow territory revenue. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and penetrate new business opportunities. Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Team-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication abilities. Coachable, adaptable, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
