This is a client-facing role focused on exceptional service, attention to detail, and efficient handling of complex personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and confident, working directly with discerning clients and luxury carriers. This role offers flexible hours, remote work, and the opportunity to grow alongside a niche and fast-expanding business. What You’ll Do: Manage and service a growing book of high-net-worth personal lines clients, supporting both standard and excess & surplus (E&S) lines Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy adjustments for home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, and other specialty coverage Deliver responsive, concierge-level service to clients, resolving billing, claims, and policy issues promptly Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury carriers and partners Communicate effectively with clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters to ensure the timely delivery of policies and documents Respond to urgent or after-hours client needs when necessary Collaborate with the team to manage increasing business volume and expand the firm's capacity Keep detailed records of client communications and transactions within the agency management system Uphold the firm’s premium brand image through a polished, service-first approach What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in a personal lines account management or client service role Demonstrated experience managing high-premium or luxury personal lines accounts Familiarity with both standard and E&S carrier platforms and quoting procedures Exceptional organization, responsiveness, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset Willingness to occasionally support clients during evenings or weekends Active Property & Casualty License strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems preferred
