We are currently seeking an Account Manager to coordinate with clients and internal teams to complete the company's assigned tasks and achieve the company's required goals. This position is part of the TW Commercial team in Central/Southern Taiwan and will be a remote role. In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales of our life science products and solutions. Identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle leads generation to closing. Collaborating closely with marketing, technical support, and service teams to deliver exceptional customer experience. Preparing and presenting quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Achieving sales targets and reporting regularly on progress and forecasts. The essential requirements for the job include: Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related field and 3 years of working experience in the field of instrument sales. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, self-motivation, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Good command of written and spoken English. Deep understanding of laboratory workflows in genomics, proteomics, or cell biology. A current Taiwanese driver's license and the ability to travel within Taiwan and globally when required. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Previous sales experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry. Experience in a multinational company (MNC) branch in Taiwan Experienced in managing and developing distributors in Central/Southern Taiwan.
