IFP Motion Solutions is seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to drive sales success and cultivate long-term client partnerships in the industrial field. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain value-based customer relationships daily. Assist customers in choosing the best components, services, or systems from IFP Motions Systems Inc. Coordinate customer needs regularly with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing Utilize external partner-supplier resources and work closely with internal departments for technical support, to ensure seamless client experiences, and to coordinate solutions that meet the client’s needs. Utilize in-depth knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and electronics to advise clients on product selection, system integration, and customized solutions that align with their specific requirements. Use a CRM to manage and track sales opportunities through various stages of the sales pipeline. Actively participate in internal meetings to gain or share knowledge that will benefit customers. Travel Requirements: Day-Travel will be around 66% visiting customers. 5-10% occasional overnight travel for tradeshows and training. Qualifications: Strong mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics mindset Bachelor’s or technical Associate’s degree preferred. Or 2-5 years of experience in sales in an industrial environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team, suppliers, and customers. Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
