What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, setting expectations, and delivering excellent service at every touchpoint.
• Translate client marketing goals into clear, actionable tasks, and coordinate with the Marketing Coordinator for execution.
• Lead regular client meetings, share updates and deliverables, and ensure everything stays aligned with client expectations.
• Use Jiminny to document meetings, capture key takeaways, and package notes, action items, and recordings using our meeting template.
• Review final deliverables before submission to ensure quality, relevance, and client readiness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts to strengthen collaboration and drive long-term success.
• Handle client concerns and dynamics with professionalism, composure, and emotional intelligence.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role.
• Clear, confident communication skills, you can manage expectations, present deliverables, and handle tough conversations without breaking a sweat.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple clients, meetings, and deadlines simultaneously.
• A strategic mindset, you connect client goals to the bigger picture and collaborate with senior team members to get there.
• High emotional intelligence, you read the room, stay composed under pressure, and build trust naturally.
• Proficiency using AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to improve workflows, streamline communication, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Copywriting experience, you can craft clear, on-brand messaging and support content needs when required.
• Experience in a digital agency or marketing environment is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with project management or CRM tools.
• Experience presenting creative or marketing work to clients.
• Background in digital marketing, understanding what your team is building makes you a better advocate for your clients.

Work Details

• Hours: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. MST, Monday to Friday
• Reports to the Director of Accounts
• Requires a working level of written and spoken English
