About The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, performance-driven Account Manager to join Noetic Creative, a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands scale through data-driven marketing and high-performing creative.

This is not a traditional “client servicing” role. We’re looking for someone with a strong agency background who understands performance marketing deeply, can think strategically, manage fast-moving accounts, and confidently lead both clients and internal teams.

At Noetic, Account Managers are responsible for driving clarity, momentum, and results across accounts. You’ll work closely with media buyers, creatives, strategists, and leadership to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and continuously pushing performance forward.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong agency background is required.
• Proven understanding of performance marketing and paid media strategy.
• Ability to confidently discuss metrics, KPIs, campaign performance, and growth strategy with both clients and internal teams.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+).
• B2B experience
