As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive with a strong track record in the US defense and intelligence community (IC) ecosystem to join our US subsidiary. The successful candidate will maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth. They will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales principles in the offensive cyber capabilities field, and the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment. The successful candidate should be fluent in the world of vulnerability research and exploitation, as well as their application to Computer Network Operations (CNO)/Computer Network Exploitation (CNE). Familiar with the commercial market for cyber-capabilities, they should have a proven track record maintaining and expanding relationships with Government end-users, prime defense contractors, tier-1 defense suppliers, boutique research firms, and the independent security-researcher community. Responsibilities: In this role, the Account Executive will support, enable and facilitate sales execution activities of offensive cyber-capabilities to government customers and defense industry stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Biz-Dev/sales team and reporting to sales leadership. Responsibilities include: Support and enable the execution of a sales strategy targeting Government end-users, prime defense contractors, tier-1 defense suppliers, and the IC to achieve sales targets. In a collaboration with the Biz-Dev/sales team, bBuild and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new customers in the US defense and IC to understand their cyber-capability requirements and provide tailored solutions. Assist in developing and maintaining a qualified pipeline of opportunities within the Government, defense contractor, and research sectors. Demonstrate capabilities and technical solutions to potential customers, translating complex technical frameworks into concise value propositions. Negotiate sales agreements and commercial terms with Government procurement elements and relevant client stakeholders. Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for advanced cyber-capabilities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Meet sales reporting and administrative requirements, including forecasts and pipeline updates. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering (SW/HW, electrical, telecom, industrial), or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in sell-side or buy-side governmental cyber capabilities domain, including procurement, implementation, or supply of security research products/services in IC, DoD, and/or Federal Law Enforcement environments. US Citizenship, eligible for a US security clearance (TS/SCI) and preferably located in the Greater Washington DC area. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with Government end-users or defense contractors. Deep understanding of vulnerability research, exploitation frameworks, and their application to CNO/CNE operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders. Demonstrate a solid sales acumen with some experience in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting. Self-motivated, results-driven, and client-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time within US. Advantage: Hands-on experience as an operator or presale engineer in CNO/CNE platforms and/or lawful interception systems. Advantage: Military, IC, or Special Operations Forces (SOF) background.
