Why this sales job is different Most sales jobs hand you a tired list and a saturated market. This one is unusual: • The Swiss legal market is highly structured and accessible, allowing you to identify and engage directly with legal professionals across your territory. • The product demos itself. 7-day free trial, research that took hours done in seconds. You’ll watch lawyers’ faces change mid-demo. • Warm pipeline included. Lawyers sign up for trials every day; calling expired trials is part of your week, and it converts. • An entire language territory is yours. Not a postcode list — German-speaking Switzerland or Suisse romande, end to end. What you’ll do • Own a full sales cycle: source → call → demo → close. No SDR between you and your number. • Work two pipelines: inbound trial signups, and cold outbound you build yourself from public lawyer registries • Run product demos for lawyers, notaries, and legal teams — from your first week • Hit a high-velocity rhythm: ~30 contacts per business day is the team standard • Keep your operation clean: CRM hygiene (HubSpot), dedup discipline, short daily report • Help build the playbook — scripts, objection handling, segment plays. What you write becomes how we sell. What we’re looking for • Native-level German or French (your territory’s language) + professional English • Quota-carrying experience in a high-velocity sales motion — SMB SaaS, telco, insurance, recruiting, or similar • Proof you’ve sourced your own pipeline — cold calling that you started, not meetings someone booked for you • Stamina and self-discipline: you can sustain real daily volume for months, and you track your own numbers • Coachability: we demo, we give feedback, we demo again — from day one • Curiosity about the legal world. You don’t need to know law; you need to be credible with smart, skeptical professionals — which means honesty over hype, always This role is probably not for you if you’ve only worked enterprise deals with 6-month cycles, you need an SDR to fill your calendar, or 30 dials a day sounds like a punishment rather than a sport.
