Additional offices are located in Germany and India. Job Description This is a remote position. Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our Prodevix team. This role focuses on securing new customers and expanding our market presence. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting software solutions, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business opportunities. Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting how our software solutions meet their business needs. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their pain points and offering customized solutions. Pipeline Management : Effectively manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing. Negotiation and Closing : Manage contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals to secure new customers. Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence : Stay informed about market trends, competition, and evolving customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. CRM Management : Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Requirements Qualifications: Proven Sales Experience : 3 + years of experience in software sales, with a focus on new customer acquisition. Track Record : Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Technical Aptitude : Basic understanding of software products, technology, and how software solutions can address business challenges. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Customer-Centric : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships. CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Education : Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required . Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required): Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales. Understanding of industry verticals such as finance, healthcare, or retail. Familiarity with modern sales techniques such as SPIN, Challenger Sales, or Consultative Selling. Experience working for start -up company or meeting sales goals for newly created products or softwa re packages.
