Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to manage and grow client relationships, drive new business, and deliver IT consulting solutions to mid-size and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience in IT services sales and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client business needs and align Pentoz’s services to meet their goals. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts. Drive full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, marketing) to create tailored solutions. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools. Provide regular updates and reports on account status and client feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT consulting/services sales or account management. Strong understanding of IT solutions like cloud, AI/ML, software development, digital transformation. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet revenue goals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Preferred: Experience in a technology consulting firm or digital agency. Familiarity with target industries like healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, or logistics.
