Account Executive (B2B SaaS) Apply Here Job Title: Account Executive Department: Sales Basis: Full-time, permanent Location: Canary Wharf, London - WeWork (Hybrid, Remote) Reporting to: Head of Sales About the role We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join Onetrace as we enter an exciting new phase of growth. You’ll lead our business development efforts—building strong relationships, running impactful demos, and helping customers see the real value of our platform. What you'll do Drive KPIs and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead nurturing to pipeline management and closing deals Create your own opportunities, from identifying who to target, running your own outreach, including cold calling, to booking the first initial meeting with them Deliver tailored product demonstrations to decision makers, addressing key pain points with Onetrace solutions Identify and secure accounts with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align on product knowledge, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies Create sales forecasts, report on performance, and continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Represent the company at industry events while staying current on market trends and competitors What you’ll bring Essential Proven experience in SaaS environments (subscription-based or annual contracts), with a strong track record of exceeding KPIs Strong pipeline management skills and experience closing deals through product demonstrations Demonstrable success generating your own pipeline and managing outreach cadences Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient, with a growth-oriented mindset suited to a fast-paced start-up environment Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, time management, and proficiency in CRM systems Desirable Proven exposure to and experience with deals ranging from mid-market to enterprise level An understanding of on-the-ground processes, workflows, and site-based operations within construction Experience with Planhat or HubSpot Interview process 1st Stage Interview – 30-minute intro conversation with our Talent Partner 2nd Stage Interview – 1-hour task-based interview with our Head of Sales and Head of People Final Stage Interview – 1-hour in-person meeting with members of our Leadership Team 🔗 Full Job Description: https://onetrace.com/careers/account-executive Department Sales Role Account Executive Locations London Remote status Hybrid
