Responsibilities Re-engage with leads who have shown previous interest in our services Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase our services and close deals Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business Collaborate with the marketing team to create new sales materials and strategies Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better position our services in the market Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills 2+ years sales experience as top-performer 2+ years of consistently hitting sales quota Creative problem solver and willing to get scrappy to achieve goals Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment Experienced in Hubspot (optional, but preferred) Company Culture At Bateman Collective, we believe great employees thrive with autonomy, not micromanagement, which is why we invest heavily in setting our team up for success through clear expectations, individualized growth plans, 30-60-90 success planning, professional development opportunities, and leadership training through the Covey Institute.
