We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The Role As an Account Executive for the U.S. market, your primary objective is to identify, engage, and convert leading architecture and design firms into long-term ArchiPro partners. You will play a key role in growing ArchiPro’s presence across the United States by building relationships with architects, interior designers, landscape designers, and other residential design professionals. This role is focused on market development, practice acquisition, and expanding ArchiPro’s network of leading architecture and design firms across the United States. You will be responsible for identifying firms that align with ArchiPro’s positioning, including firms with strong project work, notable press coverage, regional influence, or an established reputation within the design community. You will lead the sales process from initial engagement through close and onboarding. This role requires a disciplined approach to business development, relationship cultivation, and pipeline management. Success comes from consistently creating new opportunities, nurturing prospective partners through the evaluation process, and managing multiple conversations simultaneously. Success in this role is driven by proactive business development activity, consistent pipeline generation, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to maintain momentum across a high volume of opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening new doors, building relationships from the ground up, and creating momentum in a developing market. You should be comfortable initiating conversations with prospective partners, maintaining consistent follow-up, qualifying opportunities, and building rapport with firm owners, principals, and design leaders. Each day, you will balance strategy, precision, and persistence while leveraging modern sales and relationship management tools, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and related platforms. Core Responsibilities Client Acquisition Identify, engage, and onboard architecture and design firms that align with ArchiPro’s positioning and editorial standards Prioritize firms with strong residential portfolios, notable project work, regional visibility, or a strong reputation within the design community Develop and actively manage targeted account lists across geographies, specialties, project sizes, and design styles to ensure a consistent flow of new opportunities Drive new business acquisition through thoughtful outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling Business Development & Market Engagement Execute targeted business development initiatives across email, phone, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and in-person meetings where relevant Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective partners throughout the evaluation process Generate qualified meetings and convert opportunities into active clients Tailor communications based on firm profile, project work, geography, specialty, and design aesthetic Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective firms across assigned markets Client Onboarding Partner with internal teams to ensure every new client has a seamless onboarding experience Help firms understand how to maximize the value of the platform from day one Ensure profiles, project pages, and platform presence are positioned for success Relationship Management Build trusted relationships with firm principals, founders, partners, marketing leaders, and other key stakeholders across the architecture and design community Position yourself as a strategic partner who can help firms increase visibility, generate leads, strengthen their positioning, and better connect with homeowners Maintain regular communication with clients to support engagement, retention, upsell opportunities, and long-term value Act as a brand ambassador for ArchiPro in the U.S. market Event Representation Represent ArchiPro at industry events, trade shows, networking functions, and design community gatherings Build awareness and credibility with key industry audiences Support relationship development before, during, and after events Market Feedback & Reporting Provide leadership with regular feedback on market trends, competitive activity, client sentiment, and sales performance Share insights that can help refine positioning, pricing, messaging, and product-market fit Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting Strategy & Process Improvement Collaborate with leadership to help refine the strategy for scaling ArchiPro across additional U.S. markets Identify patterns, best practices, and lessons learned that can improve efficiency and performance Contribute to the development of business development strategy, ideal customer profile definitions, account prioritization, and sales processes Systems & Process Excellence Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene, ensuring every touchpoint, note, task, and next step is accurately logged Manage pipeline stages with precision and keep forecasting up to date Utilize HubSpot and related platforms to manage prospect engagement, workflow automation, pipeline activity, and relationship development with consistency and accuracy About You You are commercially minded, highly organized, and naturally relationship-oriented. You are energized by building new connections, creating opportunities, and delivering measurable results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can combine business development, relationship-building, and a disciplined sales process. Benefits: This role is eligible for company benefits, including medical insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays, and remote work flexibility, subject to company policies and applicable state hiring requirements.
