About UXPin UXPin is the only design platform where the canvas renders real production code. Designers work with actual React components - same props, same variants, same behaviour as production. Forge, our AI assistant, generates UI using those real components. The output is production-ready JSX that developers ship directly. We've worked with enterprise teams over the past 15 years including PayPal, Ford, Microsoft, and others who have invested heavily in design systems and need their design tooling to match. Our customers use UXPin because what’s designed is what ships - no handoff gap, no rebuild, no drift. We’re a global team with roots in Poland, and we’re entering one of the most exciting periods in the design tools market. AI is reshaping how products are built, and UXPin is at the centre of that shift. The Role We’re looking for an Account Executive who can both hunt new business and close deals. This isn’t a role where you inherit a book of accounts and maintain it. You’ll identify prospects, run outreach, build pipeline, and own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed contract. You’ll be selling into design system teams, product organisations, and engineering leadership at mid-market and enterprise companies. The buyers are technical - they understand components, design tokens, and handoff pain. You need to speak their language, not just sell features. This is a fully remote role based in Poland. You’ll work closely with our CEO, marketing team, and customer success to build a repeatable sales motion. What You’ll Do • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, close • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting - identifying companies with design systems and React component libraries who would benefit from UXPin • Run personalised outreach campaigns using tools like SendSpark, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc • Conduct product demos tailored to each prospect’s design system, component library, and workflow • Work with marketing to develop and test outbound messaging, sequences, and campaigns • Manage pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting and deal stage tracking • Develop relationships with design system leads, frontend architects, UX engineering managers, and heads of product • Represent UXPin at industry events, webinars, and meetups when relevant • Feed market intelligence back to product - what competitors are doing, what prospects are asking for, where the gaps are About You: Required • 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle deal ownership • Fluent English - written and spoken. This is the primary language of the role. • Experience or genuine knowledge of the design tools market - you understand what Figma, Sketch, and design systems are, and you can have an informed conversation about them • Comfortable with outbound prospecting - you’ve built pipeline from scratch, not just worked inbound leads • Ability to sell to technical buyers - design leads, frontend engineers, product managers — without relying on scripted pitches • Self-motivated and structured - you manage your own pipeline, follow up relentlessly, and don’t need to be told to prospect Preferred • Experience selling into enterprise design or developer tooling (Figma, Abstract, Storybook, design system platforms) • Understanding of React, component libraries, and the design-to-development workflow • Experience with personalised video outreach (SendSpark, Loom, Vidyard) • Experience with account-based sales strategies • Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus but not required Mindset • Curious about technology - you’ll spend time understanding how Merge syncs component libraries and why Forge generating with real components matters, not because it’s required, but because it makes you a better seller • Comfortable in ambiguity - we’re building the sales playbook, not handing you one • Competitive without being obnoxious - you want to win deals, but you build genuine relationships doing it • Low ego, high ownership - small team, big impact, no passengers Why This Role Is Interesting The design tools market is going through its biggest shift in a decade. AI is reshaping every tool in the category. Figma’s stock dropped 7% when Claude Design launched. Lovable, Bolt, and v0 are rewriting how products get built. UXPin is the only platform where AI generates with your real production components - and that’s a message that resonates immediately with the right buyer. You’re not selling a commodity. You’re selling a fundamentally different architecture in a market that’s actively looking for it. The conversations are technical, the buyers are smart, and the product genuinely solves the problem you’re describing. That’s a rare combination in sales. You’ll also have direct access to leadership. This is a small, senior team. Your ideas about positioning, outreach, and market strategy will be heard and acted on - not filtered through three layers of management. What We Offer • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission • Fully remote - work from home, based in Poland • Direct access to the CEO and founding team • Opportunity to build the sales function from the ground up - not just execute a playbook, but help write it • Modern sales tooling: CRM, SendSpark, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator • A product that demos well and solves a real problem - makes your job easier • Career growth in a company at an inflection point - this is the kind of role that becomes a VP Sales story in 2-3 years Interested? Simply hit Apply Now and be prepared to answer; • Why the design tools market interests you • One deal you’re proud of and what made it work • What you know about UXPin (even if it’s just from spending 10 minutes on our website) We don’t need a cover letter. We want to know you can think, write clearly, and have genuine curiosity about what we’re building. -- UXPin is an equal opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
