We are looking for an Account Executive to support our growth and help more businesses understand how Kuubiik can support their operations.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will speak with potential clients, understand their business needs, and introduce Kuubiik’s outsourcing solutions in a clear and consultative way.
This is a junior role, suitable for someone at the entry to early-career stage. You may be early in your sales career, but you should be confident speaking with people, organized with follow-ups, and motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
* Speak with business owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their current business support needs.
* Explain Kuubiik’s outsourcing services in a simple, clear, and consultative way.
* Book and attend discovery calls with prospective clients.
* Follow up with leads and move conversations through the sales pipeline.
* Prepare simple proposals or service recommendations based on client needs.
* Work closely with Kuubiik’s internal team to ensure client requirements are clearly handed over.
* Keep CRM records updated with notes, next steps, and deal progress.
* Support the client onboarding process once a signup is confirmed.
* Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to support long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Fully Remote
* 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client service, account management, or a related role.
* Strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Comfortable speaking with clients over calls and video meetings.
* Confident, proactive, and organized.
* Able to follow up consistently and manage multiple conversations at once.
* Interested in B2B sales, outsourcing, remote work, and business solutions.
* Comfortable using tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and email platforms.
* Able to understand client needs before recommending a solution.
