The Role As Account Director, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across assigned Enterprise accounts in the DACH region. This is a strategic sales role focused on long-term client partnerships, complex deal execution, and revenue expansion within large Enterprise environments. The position is currently remote within Germany. However, due to customer proximity and anticipated regional growth, candidates must be based near Frankfurt am Main. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the DACH region Develop strategic account plans and long-term customer relationships Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders Stay informed on market trends and provide strategic guidance to customers Your Profile 10+ years Proven experience selling into enterprise organizations. Experience within SaaS, Software, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IT Services, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or Financial Services environments. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across technology, procurement, risk, legal, compliance, and business leadership functions. Strong account planning, forecasting, and commercial management skills. Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets Experience with Salesforce CRM and structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC Fluent German and professional English What's on Offer?
