The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent in a variety of industries. Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and help them identify and hire top talent Source and attract candidates using various sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and professional networks Conduct initial screenings, interview candidates, and provide recommendations to clients for hiring Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, building a network of professional contacts to support future business growth Meet and exceed targets and KPIs to ensure the success of the business Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Results-driven and highly motivated with a proven track record of success in recruitment Knowledge of the latest recruitment tools and technologies
