#30 - Security Specialist

About the role We are looking for a ServiceNow Integration specialist to support a strategic initiative connecting our vulnerability scanning platform with ServiceNow. You will design, develop, and validate a technical solution that automates the full lifecycle of vulnerability remediation — converting detected vulnerabilities into actionable, trackable SNOW tickets, enabling better remediation, SLA tracking, and reporting. You will work closely with cybersecurity, IT operations, and ServiceNow platform teams. Key responsibilities Design and implement the integration between the vulnerability scanning platform and ServiceNow SecOps. Configure and manage ServiceNow Vulnerability Response for accurate ticket generation and lifecycle tracking. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows that automate remediation assignment, escalation, and SLA enforcement. Validate technical solutions through testing and QA in collaboration with cybersecurity and IT ops teams. Support reporting and dashboarding for vulnerability remediation metrics and compliance tracking.
