Job Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and implement Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions based on client requirements.
Customize and configure Oracle EPM applications such as Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Profitability and Cost Management, and Essbase.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for EPM system enhancements and modifications.
Develop and maintain EPM artifacts including business rules, calculation scripts, forms, reports, and dashboards.
Perform data integrations and migrations between Oracle EPM and other systems using EPM Automate, FDMEE, or other relevant tools.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle EPM applications.
Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing for EPM solutions.
Assist in the deployment and post-implementation support of EPM projects.
Document technical specifications, solution designs, and configurations.
Job Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2-6 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle EPM applications, preferably including Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, or Essbase.
Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premises implementations.
Strong understanding of EPM system architecture, data modeling, and multidimensional database concepts.
Experience in developing and maintaining EPM artifacts such as business rules, calculation scripts, forms, reports, and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with EPM data integration tools like FDMEE, EPM Automate, or Data Management.
Familiarity with EPM application deployment processes and best practices.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related technologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
