B1+ level English proficiency. High attention to detail , especially under time pressure. Confident working with multiple tabs/windows , fast typing. Punctual, focused, and reliable — essential for work. With ability to work fixed shift. A laptop and two monitors are provided by Intetics for work at the position. You should have a generator and/or inverter + rechargeable battery, as well as stable internet connection. ( important , this must be ) Key Responsibilities Monitor, collect, verify, and update live incident data in assigned regions. Use multiple real-time sources. Validate and cross-check information to ensure reliability. Update incidents as conditions change (e.g., lanes reopened, cleared). Record key details such as cause, effect, location, and direction. Clear incidents once resolved and confirmed by reliable sources. Communicate with team members and shift supervisors to clarify data or report issues. Training Provided. Paid vacation and official holidays in line with company policy. A stable position for the long term. Long-term employment. (6 months+) Compensation is $2.30/hour for the trial period (3 months), then $3.20/hour.
