Bilingual Litigation Paralegals
to support attorneys with case management, legal document preparation, client communication, and litigation support throughout all stages of the legal process. Apply now!
📋 What You'll Do:
Assist attorneys with litigation case management from intake through resolution. ⚖️
Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. 📝
Manage case files, deadlines, court calendars, and litigation schedules. 📅
Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation for active cases. 🔍
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties in English and Spanish. 🗣️
Prepare discovery materials, document productions, and case summaries. 📂
File legal documents electronically and maintain accurate case records. 💻
Answer and route phone calls professionally while providing case updates when appropriate. 📞
✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
Has at least
one year of experience working in a U.S. litigation law firm.
💼
Holds a bachelor's degree in law or a related field. 🎓
Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple cases and deadlines. 📌
Has proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and document preparation. 📚
Has experience supporting civil litigation, personal injury, employment law, insurance defense, or similar practice areas. ⚖️
Is skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. 💻
Can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. 💪
Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌎
Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ⚡
